Paul has 45 years' industry experience. He has a B.For.Sci. (Canterbury) and is a NZ Forest Engineering Institute Graduate (Canterbury).

Paul is a Registered Forestry Professional (NZIF).​​

Forest Manager

Josh Cairns

Josh has 22 years' experience in the forestry industry. He has a B.com Forestry.

Phil Caulton

Phil has 33+ years' experience in the industry. He has a NZ Certificate in Forestry and a Diploma in Management.

Geospatial & ETS Manager

Tony Shepherd

Tony has 30+ years' experience in the IT and GIS industries. He is our resident ETS expert and carbon analyst, dealing with complex carbon stock modelling and technical matters on a daily basis.

Forest Supervisor/Manager

Chris Brand

Chris has 26 years' experience in the forestry industry. He is a qualified Level 4 Arborist, and his arborist work has taken him all over the country.

Harvest Manager

Trent Brown

Trent has 15 years’ experience in the forestry industry, starting in his first logging crew in 2011. Trent is a Safetree certified tree feller (2016), and his qualifications include Occupational H&S, Log Loading, Mechanised Felling & Processing, Production Tree Felling, and Log Extraction.​

Office Administrator

Jasmine Hamilton

Jasmine has 26 years' experience in the finance industry, initally as an auditor and accountant, and later transitioning into office administration. She has a Bachelor of Business Management, a Professional Diploma in Business Management, and a NZ Diploma in Business. 

Strategic Communications

Michelle Molloy

Michelle has 23 years' industry experience. She has a Masters Degree in English and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Rights.
