Paul has 46 years' industry experience. He has a B.For.Sci. (Canterbury) and is a NZ Forest Engineering Institute Graduate (Canterbury).

Paul is a Registered Forestry Professional (NZIF).

Josh has 23 years' experience in the forestry industry. He has a B.com Forestry. Read his January 2026 interview with RNZ here.

Phil has 34+ years' experience in the industry. He has a NZ Certificate in Forestry and a Diploma in Management.

Tony has 31+ years' experience in the IT and GIS industries. He is our resident ETS expert and carbon analyst, dealing with complex carbon stock modelling and technical matters on a daily basis.

Chris has 27 years' experience in the forestry industry. He is a qualified Level 4 Arborist, and his arborist work has taken him all over the country. 

Trent has 16 years’ experience in the industry, starting in a logging crew in 2011. Trent's a Safetree certified tree feller (2016), and his qualifications include Occupational H&S, Log Loading, Mechanised Felling & Processing, Production Tree Felling, and Log Extraction.​

Jasmine has 27 years' experience in the finance industry, initally as an auditor and accountant, and later transitioning into office administration. She has a Bachelor of Business Management, Professional Diploma in Business Management, and a NZ Diploma in Business. 

Michelle has 24 years' industry experience. She has a Masters Degree in English and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Rights.
